Your New Digital Banking Experience Starts 9/28

The new Online and Mobile Banking experience at First National Bank and Trust (FNBT) will be available Monday, September 28. As we prepare for the digital banking upgrade, there will be brief outages for some of our services. To help make sure you’ve covered all the bases to prepare for the Core System and Digital Banking Upgrade we’ve developed a Readiness Checklist that outlines all the important dates and action items to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Date Reminders

  • 9/21 Online Bill Pay unavailable at 8:00 am
  • 9/25 Mobile Banking Apps unavailable at 3:00 pm
  • 9/25 Online Banking & Telephone Banking unavailable at 6:00 pm
  • 9/26 All FNBT Branches closed to prepare for the upgrade
  • 9/28 Download the New Mobile Banking Apps
  • 9/28 Online Bill Pay becomes available after 3:00 pm
