Online & Mobile Banking Upgrade Coming 9/28!

We're excited to share more information about First National Bank and Trust's (FNBT's) upcoming digital banking upgrade, which is set to begin on Friday, September 25. When you login for the first time Monday, September 28, you'll see a fresh new integrated digital experience. You'll have access to all our online banking tools anytime, anywhere, and on nearly any device. The upgrade will be here soon and we are so excited to share this new experience with you!

 

The updated FNBT Online and Mobile Banking App will offer the same great features and functionality that you've come to love, with a fresh look that is simple and easy to navigate.

 

We have created resources for you that are both important and informative as we approach the upgrade. Please review the information and contact us if you have any questions!

Important Dates:

Monday, September 21

  • Log in to Online Banking and verify your phone number and email address are correct under "Profile".
    • If it is not correct, please update it within your profile or call us at 800-667-4401. This information will be needed to help verify you the first time you login to the new digital banking experience on Monday, September 28.
  • Online Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 a.m. through 9/28.
  • All recurring bills and any scheduled prior to this date will not be affected. If you normally pay your bills right before they are due, we recommend you login prior to this date and schedule them in advance.!

Friday, September 25

  • Mobile Banking Apps and Check Deposit will be unavailable starting at 3:00 pm
  • Online Banking through your web browser will be unavailable starting at 6:00 pm
  • Telephone Banking will be unavailable at 6:00 pm
  • All FNBT branch locations will close at 6:00 pm

Saturday, September 26 – Sunday, September 27

  • All FNBT branch locations will remain closed.
  • Customer Support will be available Saturday 7:30am -12:00 pm, however they will not have access to your account information
  • Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Telephone Banking will not be available

Monday, September 28

  • All FNBT branch locations will open for their normal business hours
  • Customer Support (800-667-4401) will be open at 7:30 am
  • Online and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and Telephone Banking will be available

On Monday, September 28, you may login to Online Banking at www.bankatfirstnational.com and download the upgraded FNBT Mobile Banking App. You may also resume using Online Bill Pay and review your payments and payees for accuracy. Alerts will not transfer over from the current online banking system. You will need to re-establish this feature in the upgraded system after you have logged in.
