Chelsea Community Connection Fifty-nine nonprofit organizations from Eastern Connecticut and Southern Rhode Island received $117,128 in grants from Chelsea Groton Foundation to advance projects and programs that benefit area residents. Including these donations, the Foundation has provided $1,781,328 in total grants since 1999. It's our hope that the funds placed into the hands of capable organizations will enrich the lives of many. For us, it's all about investing in the communities we serve.
