Acts of Kindness, Year II

Planning VacationIn honor of Chelsea Groton Bank's 160th birthday last year, we launched our 160 Acts of Kindness program. As part of the program, the Bank donated $160 on behalf of each one of our employees to a local charity, non-profit or cause of their choice. More than 200 local organizations were the recipients of our Acts of Kindness. The response from employees, customers, and organizations throughout the community was so overwhelmingly positive that we decided to continue the program in 2015.

Starting this month, employees can once again name their favorite charity or non-profit and Chelsea Groton Bank will donate $100 in each employees' name to their preferred cause. Helping others achieve is at the core of what we do, and this is one small way we can bring a part of every individual on our team to hundreds of organizations throughout the community. For a complete overview of our community involvement in 2014, check out the Annual Report.
