Beginning February 28, Liberty Bank's Digital Banking tools will offer a more modern and sophisticated look and feel, and more features to help you manage your money!

Prepare Now:

Here are the top tasks you'll need to complete to ensure a seamless experience:

Note your username and password: You will use your current username and password, and you will need to know them to log in for the first time. This is especially important if you are using biometrics (Face ID, Fingerprint) to access your mobile app.

Take note of your alerts: You will need to re-enroll in alerts in the new system. Take note of your alerts and notifications, such as low balance alerts, so you will be prepared to re-enroll. Learn more.

Take note of your eBills: eBills and eBill history will not convert. If you use eBills, take note of your usernames and passwords to your external billers so you can re-establish them after February 28. Automatic eBill payments will not be paid until you re-connect using your biller's user IDs and passwords. If you wish to retain eBill history, please download or print it. Learn more.

Take note of your 'Send Money' payees (personal customers only): If you currently use Send Money to pay friends and family, please take note of your payees so you can set them up after February 28. Learn more.

Save your Bill Pay invoices (business customers only): Save or print any Bill Pay invoices you may need access to in the future. Your invoice history will not be available in the new system.
