Broccoli Casserole
INGREDIENTS

32 oz. bag of frozen broccoli florets

16 oz. cheese of your choice
-
2 sticks of butter
-
2 to 3 sleeves of Ritz crackers crushed into crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil broccoli until al dente, drain. Break up the cheese and melt with one stick of butter over low heat. Pour cheese over broccoli and mix together until all broccoli is coated. Pour into a 13x9 casserole dish. Pour cracker crumbs to cover. Melt the second stick of butter and pour over crumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until crumbs are brown. Enjoy!
