Quick and Easy Quiche
Ingredients:

1 cup milk

1 cup half & half
-
A dash of garlic powder and onion powder

1 cup spinach, broccoli or kale

1 cup cheddar cheese
-
2-3 eggs
-
Cooked bacon, breakfast sausage, or ham

Refrigerated pie crust
Directions:
- Cook the bacon, breakfast sausage, or ham.
- Unroll the refrigerated pie crust and place in a pie plate or aluminum sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the cooked meat onto the pie crust.
- Add 1 cup vegetables (spinach, broccoli, or kale).
- Add 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Prepare the filling with 1 cup milk, 1 cup half & half, 2-3 eggs, and mix with dash of garlic and onion powder.
- Mix the filling and pour on top of pie crust.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes.
