April is Financial Literacy Month
In honor of Financial Literacy Month this April, Chelsea Groton Bank is helping members of the community get 'financially fit' by producing and sponsoring a number of seminars and events throughout the Bank's footprint. Informational sessions on reverse mortgages, home-buying, improving credit scores, as well as opportunities to bring confidential papers for shredding, are free and open to the public.
"Chelsea Groton Bank is excited to provide a variety of tools and resources to the community, including the classes and events during Financial Literacy Month," said Pam Days-Luketich, AVP, Community Outreach Officer at Chelsea Groton Bank. "Our goal is to help members of our community make well-informed financial decisions for themselves and their families."
