Homemade Granola

Homemade GranolaIngredients:

  • 4-5 cups oats
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (you can use nuts instead)
  • ½-1 cup sunflower seeds (you can use nuts instead)
  • ½ unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup nuts (any kind)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cinnamon or more
  • Oil (canola or coconut)
  • Honey
  • Molasses
  • Vanilla
  • Maple Syrup
  • Peanut Butter

Mix dry ingredients

Use any or all of the liquids you want (2-2 ½ cups total) and heat over stove until blended.

Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix. On 2 large cookie sheets spread the granola and bake at 325 degrees stirring the granola every 10 min. until golden brown, usually around ½ hour.

After cooled add cranberries, raisins or banana chips.
